After spending many years working at all levels in the window covering industry it became clear that there was a need in the marketplace that was not being adequately serviced.That realization gave birth, nearly a decade ago, to Charlie's Window Coverings. The solution for meeting this need came from a business philosophy that is a proven one. Simply stated it is as follows:
Provide customers with a good selection of quality products, and assist them in achieving their decorating goals, at a fair price.
To accomplish this we set forth the following guidelines for ourselves:

- Show up for appointments on time and prepared.
- Install what we sell in a timely manner.
- Stand behind what we say and do.
The ideal situation for you is to be able to see the various window covering selections we offer, in the same lighting, and the same room décor, where they will be used. We arrive at your home with functioning samples, and all of the swatch material to show you the colors and fabrics available in each style of window treatment.
We explain the differences between product types and go over all of the options available with the products that you are most interested in. We will answer your questions and assist you in selecting the best product to meet your objectives in each room.
You will be provided with a written quote that will cover not only your product selection, but also all installation costs and taxes.
We place your order, with a deposit, and once we have a finished order our installation department calls you to schedule your installation. You simply pay the balance to the installer at the completion of the job and start enjoying your new window coverings.
